I'm sure if you stuck with the 30 Day Shred doing the easier moves you could totally finish it! (: But if you want something else, you could try the "Couch to 5 K" running program. You do 3 running workouts every week for 9 weeks. The first one is "run for 60 seconds, walk for 90 seconds, and repeat for a total of 25 minutes" or something like that (: If you google it, it should come right up. Good Luck!
